Three free workshops to help you anchor your attentionand stay grounded amidst the 2025 of it all.

Inspired by my work with the Alexander Technique and Mindfulness, I’ll tell the story of how we lose track of ourselves and, importantly, how to return to ourselves.

I’ll guide practices that you can take with you as we continue to navigate the current (at times overwhelming) situation that is the present moment.

Come to at least two sessions and get a free one-on-one to ask private questions and share what you’ve learned. Your insights will help shape how this work supports others as we all hurtle ever onward through time and space.
