Alexander Technique Private Lessons are now available by appointment

The Alexander Technique is a process that teaches the student to recognize and replace habitual tension with balance; the technique is mostly known in the performing arts but is also effective in addressing repetitive stress injuries such as carpal tunnel etc.

A private lesson is an 50-minute block of time wherein we introduce or continue exploring the Alexander Technique starting from wheresoever your curiosity is living.

Lessons usually involve taking stock of where you are, what you are looking to learn, and how we can apply the Alexander Technique to what you want to do. What you want to do could include: public speaking, private singing, running, lowering your blood pressure, addressing any repetitive stress injury, etc, etc, etc...
