Some things to consider/prepare if you are going through the full “four” hours

  • If needed, prepare space to transition from floor or yoga mat to chair or cushion for practice

  • Water bottle/tea/coffee at hand

  • Notifications on computer, phone, watch, tablets turned off

  • Perhaps placing a sign on your door to preserve your space (if housemates or family are about
