What?
This 6-week course introduces Mindfulness and the Alexander Technique as complementary tools addressing whole-person health. Over the course of 6 weeks, a variety of guided exercises are offered within each daily email, and a once-a-week one-on-one virtual meeting with your instructor to check-in, answer questions, and practice together supports your learning

“1 to 1: Find your Balance” is Balance Lab’s 6-week online course, teaching present moment awareness incorporating the Alexander Technique and Mindfulness. This course includes a daily email and a weekly video conference. Available for $250.
