Week 1 - December 5
We’ve begun! Review or move through the recording and the slides at your own pace. Reach out with questions. The invitation is to be with this question of “What is it to let go?”
Week 2 - December 12
This week we leaned into a brief exploration of the 5 pillars of the Alexander Technique as named by Patrick MacDonald, one of Alexander’s first students. This then led to an exercise that moved between writing and guided practice centered around this question of “what is it to make space?”
Week 3 - December 19
In our final meeting we reviewed a bit before leaning into the process of attention - and introduced the circulatory system as a lens for this week’s body scan. We closed with a lovingkindness meditation.
